Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Returned items must be:

In original packaging with tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping cost within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or personal products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Delivery and Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Estimated delivery time within the European Union is approximately 6–12 business days, unless otherwise stated.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
VESHY is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
