Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within fourteen (14) days of receipt. After notification, you have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the product.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original packaging. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or used personal products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Delivery and Shipping

Orders are generally processed within one to two business days. Standard delivery times within the European Union are approximately five to eight business days, unless otherwise stated. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible. VESHY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly shown during the checkout process. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL and other options as displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is shipped.

Warranty

All products sold by VESHY are covered by the statutory warranty under European Union law. This means that products must be as described, free from defects and suitable for normal use. If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, please contact us promptly. We will repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Any additional commercial warranties will be explicitly stated with the relevant product.
