How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time within the European Union is approximately 6–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If your selected shipping option includes tracking, you will also receive a Track & Trace link to follow your order.


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

The exact shipping price will always be displayed before completing your order.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


How can I track my order?

If your selected shipping option includes tracking, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email once your order has been shipped.

You can also track your order anytime through our Track & Trace page by entering your order number and email address.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in their original packaging

  • with all tags attached

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or shapewear cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you may return the product free of charge. Please contact us at info@veshy.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.


How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@veshy.store.

Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are possible for a different size or colour, depending on stock availability.

If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
