How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time within the European Union is approximately five to eight business days after your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping without tracking. If you prefer secure shipping with Track & Trace, this option is available at checkout for €4,95. Any import duties or customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

If you selected Track & Trace or secure shipping at checkout, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. You can also follow your shipment through our Track My Order page. For free standard shipping, tracking information is not available.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you have fourteen days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear cannot be returned unless they are defective. To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at info@veshy.store.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you received an incorrect or defective item. In cases where an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within fourteen days. Refunds are always issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@veshy.store and include your order number along with clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are possible for a different size or color, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@veshy.store. If the requested item is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL and other options as displayed during checkout.

How do you protect my personal information?

Your personal information is handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All payment data is encrypted and processed securely by our trusted payment providers.
