Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@veshy.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Returned in the original packaging

With all tags and labels attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or personal products cannot be returned unless they are defective.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VESHY cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where applicable, the refund will include the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost.
